Meditation is about separation of mind or soul from the physical form. Grounding and running your energy is about being 100% in your body.

Find out where the center of your head is so that you can be present to create what you want in your life. Learn more about your chakras and how they can influence your mood. Using color and positive words in our 7th chakra can create the mood and vibration we would like to have each day. Turning down our chakras cause quiet in the body, and allows us to have peace in our lives.

Experience exercises that allows you to release energy that you no longer want or need. As well as releasing other people’s energy that gets into our energy space from interactions with them. And much more. When you walk away from this gathering you will have tools you can use on a daily basis to take charge of how you experience your life.

Back in 1990’s Oprah said to write down 5 things I am grateful for. So I started writing down each night five things I was grateful for.  I have kept a gratitude journal now for over 10 years.  Some years I was better than others and some years I have been faithful.  I have found that being faithful in writing my gratitude journal makes my life so much better.  As I focus on gratitude and focus on the best things in my life, more great things come into my life.  Today, I was watching a video on Happiness and he talked about gratitude.  There was a study about gratitude which had people writing down 5 things each day. The study included 4 groups.  The first group wrote about gratitude, the second wrote about hassles during the day, the third group wrote about how they were better off than others, the fourth wrote about anything that happened during the day.  For 10 weeks, they wrote each day about their day.  The group where significant changed happen is the gratitude group.    The happiness of the gratitude group was 25% higher than any other group.

So take two minutes a day and write out five things that you are grateful for.  Having problems getting started, let me help.

1. I can see the sun today because there is no pollution.
2. I heard a bird sing I was taking a walk.
3. I told a joke and people groaned and laughed.
4. I have new socks to keep my feet warm.
5. I am grateful for my family.

Nothing is too small to be thankful for. Just start being thankful and write it down.

The past is only a fleeting thought and the only real thing about it is the emphasis you put on it. You alone have the power to make your thoughts about past events happy or sad. You are the only one that can do that.

There is no future. When you wake up in the morning, it will be “today”. We can plan for future events, but it is a thought process only because there is no future time.

So, why does this matter? Because you have the power, right this minute, to change your life. I know, you’re thinking, whoever wrote this is whacko; but really, think about it. No one, no matter what relationship they have in your life, has the power to control any thought you have unless you forfeit that power to them. Your thoughts determine how your life will unfold. If you want to change your life, learn to use your mind for purpose.

The past is just that, past. There is no tomorrow so if you want to change your life, begin right now.

As you begin this process, cleansing your body and mind will help rid your body of all of the negative energy that has accumulated throughout the years. Your thought processes will become clearer, your body will become healthier. RR is an amazing tool that we can use to change non-coherent memory and beliefs.   In RR we prefer to call negative, ‘Non-Coherent’.   It assists in changing behaviors that tend to pull us down.

Many behaviors are handed down from generation to generation, the birth process, and just by living here on this planet.   I personally have had many great breakthroughs using this wonderful modality of healing.

Chloe Faith Wordsworth, the founder, and creator of this process has worked in different modalities for most of her life bringing her to a place where she could be so inspired in creating RR.
